The wind rises And falls But it's always there Even when it's not blowing The wind is there It's the air around us It's the sunshine in summer It's- it's an ice cream on a hot day Well, at least for some For me, The wind, isn't just wind It's a strong gale It's purpose is to push me around To hurt me To annoy me All it wants is to cause me misery To cause me harm and pain I hate the wind But it can be comforting It's confusing, I know Think of it like that one picture It's so inappropriate or gruesome You just can't look away It's hypnotic That's what the wind is to me An invisible force that Pulls me in It intrigues me But I hate it I wan

Thank you for always being there In good times And bad You've never judged me You don't control my life You always know what I want And when I want it I love you for always being there Refrigerator

You see them The shadows, blurs if you will Always in the corner of your eye When you look, they are always gone They give you a sense of safety A feeling that they'll keep you safe But soon, they vanish You no longer see them Your sanity had taken over You feel scared Exposed Alone So, again, you will insanity to take over And when it does It's stronger The shadows appear more frequently There are more of them They are suddenly more realistic With distinguished faces and voices Some even have names Now you know you can never go back Because the once friendly shadows took it all away Your sanity You no longer feel safe

There's always that one person That you hate with a passion They drive you insane Until you snap, until you can't stand even to hear their name Then, when you call them out on their actions They suddenly disappear They stop teasing you You no longer hear their annoying voice calling attention to you in the halls They basically ignore you altogether And you realize, you miss them You miss the way that they teased you and pushed your buttons How they angered you like no other You miss hearing their voice, having them around, them following you down the hall Then you realize something important They've become a part of you Almost

Insanity, you drive me wild You've been with me, dwelling inside me, since I was a child Insanity, sometimes, I feel as though I'm walking on the air You help me through life, living without a care Insanity, your illusions never end Sometimes I'm caged. Light, flicker, extinguish. Like a candle in the wind, Equivalent to your very being. You are the lit candle wick. I travel on the breeze of the wind. I control it's every move. The wind, is me. And I will extinguish you. For you are but a delicate, lit, candle in the wind.
